Viber senior director for Asia Pacific David Tse pledged to assist the country’s MSME industry in their post pandemic recovery.
In a workshop, David shared that Viber believes that the MSME is the backbone of the country’s economy, especially amid a pandemic.
He committed the company’s help in ensuring the ease of transition to digitalization by providing business-friendly features in connecting with their customers, tapping new markets, and building their presence online to improve their businesses.
“Supporting MSMEs will not only impact up-and-coming entrepreneurs but also the communities they serve. MSMEs can provide employment and invigorate industries. This is why Viber is rooting for their success,” he said.
