Customers took to social media to express their disappointment and anger over Flowerstore.ph’s awful service last Valentine’s Day.
Netizens exposed how one of the largest online flower delivery shops in the country “scammed” them by sending different items, delivering substandard items, or not orders simply not arriving as scheduled.
Luthien’s dad ordered flowers for her from @FlowerStorePH for Vday. It didn’t arrive. Yesterday it was tagged delivered. Earlier, my ex got this message; when he called the rider, it will be delivered by 9pm daw. Guess what? WALA PA DIN. Magsarado na kayo daming reklamo sa inyo. pic.twitter.com/N3xzH3V9wj

Even Colourette Cosmetics founder Nina Ellaine Cabrera shared her comment on the issue.
Parang every valentine’s nalang silang trending sa ganyan. Nakaka disappoint nga naman kasi hindi pa natututo sa past mistakes nila. 🥲

Renowned dermatologist and social media influencer Geraldine Zamora shared that she regrets engaging and partnering with them in the past after customers complained about the shop’s service.
Always thought it was a logistics issue cos parang iba iba ung sources nila ng stuff like the stuffed toy may be fr another place etc? Some ppl who ordered using my code were so disappointed and I was so embarrassed. Never again talaga. Also told my hubby never to buy fr them.
