Scam alert: SEC flags Prime Capital Solution for unauthorized activities

The Securities and Exchange Commission has cautioned the public against dealing with Prime Capital Solution, an entity soliciting investments which are allegedly managed by professional traders and asset managers.

An advisory against the entity was issued by the SEC due to its unauthorized solicitation of investments without the necessary license from the agency.

Prospective investors are invited to participate in three online investment programs, with amounts ranging from P500 to P80,000, promising guaranteed profits of 70 percent to 100 percent in just six to 12 days.

“This entity solicits investments, which are, purportedly, to be managed by professional traders and asset managers,” the SEC said.

The SEC said it remains unwavering in its efforts to stamp out illegal investment-taking activities through financial literacy campaigns and advisories to the public.
