Social media users have called out Rico’s Lechon for their failure to comply with city regulations requiring food establishments and restaurants to provide free potable water to its customers.
A Twitter user tagged the management of the restaurant at UP Town Center branch, reminding them of the requirement for free service water.
However, the netizen also noted that this was not the first time they had encountered this issue. Despite dining there several times, they claimed that the restaurant never provided free service water, only bottled water at marked-up prices.
