PT&T’s Miguel Bitanga, Alberto Ambuyo move to parent company Menlo

PT&T Corp. announced a strategic shift in its management team with two senior executives transitioning to new roles within its parent company, Menlo Capital, effective immediately.

In a regulatory filing, PT&T said its chief operating officer Miguel Marco Bitanga and chief information officer Alberto Ambuyo will join Menlo Capital, which oversees MRC Allied, digital media firm Rappler and other entities.

Bitanga and Ambuyo will be accompanied by Reinhard Klocker, PT&T’s Strategic Projects and Vendor Management Advisor.

The three executives have been instrumental in driving PT&T’s mission and spearheading key projects.

This move aligns with Menlo Capital’s 10-year strategic plan, providing a significant opportunity for both PT&T and its parent company.

In their new roles, Bitanga, Ambuyo, and Klocker will lead critical initiatives to propel the growth and success of Menlo Capital’s diverse portfolio.

Their extensive experience and leadership are expected to play a crucial role in enhancing the group’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
