Her assertion came as she experienced the neighborhood’s rejuvenation firsthand.
She wrote: “POBLACION IS ALIVE!! Definitely one of the best nights I’ve had in the neighborhood in a long time! The walking, the community, familiarity, and spontaneity is what makes Poblacion unique and still one of my favorite spots in the Metro! Definitely lots of soul, character, and excitement, all thanks to the different faces behind the bars!”
