PLDT supports Pasay city’s digital transformation with unified hotline for resident inquiries and requests

The Pasay City government has partnered with PLDT Enterprise to launch a new hotline, “888-PASAY” or 888-72729, to streamline communication between the city and its residents.

This replaces the previously used multiple phone numbers for various city hall departments with a single point of contact for all resident inquiries, concerns, and requests.

This initiative aims to create a more efficient and responsive system, allowing residents faster and easier access to city services.

The hotline will be managed by the Pasay City Public Information Office (PIO), which will utilize advanced call-routing technology to direct callers to the appropriate department.

“We are committed to making our government more accessible and responsive,” said mayor Imelda Calixto-Rubiano. “This new system will significantly improve our ability to serve our constituents.”

PLDT Enterprise sees this partnership as an opportunity to upgrade Pasay City’s communication infrastructure and meet the evolving needs of the local government.

This project aligns with PLDT Group’s mission to empower communities and develop smart cities through innovation.
