Paco Magsaysay, founder of Carmen’s Best Ice Cream, delivered an inspiring commencement speech to the graduating class of San Pablo College.
Taking to Facebook, Magsaysay shared snapshots from his speech and expressed his deep honor and pride in being given the opportunity to inspire the youth.
