Colourette Cosmetics founder and CEO Nina Ellaine Cabrera opened up about what it takes to be a mother and the head of a company she founded.
On Instagram, Cabrera held a mini Q&A session with her followers, and one of the questions was about how she manages to be successful in both of her roles at home and in the business.
“I wouldn’t say that I’m a great CEO,” she humbly responded, “I try.”
She also shared that sometimes, doing both can be taxing.
“Surround yourself with productive and reliable people,” she answered. “Para maging productive ka din. Yun talaga for me.”
