Information technology company Xurpas has incorporated a new company that will serve as its corporate vehicle for its planned foray into Australia.
In a regulatory filing, Xurpas said it has secured board approval for the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Australia.
The new subsidiary will offer a range of IT services, ranging from staff augmentation and managed services to bespoke software development.
“With this, the company will establish a sales presence for Xurpas in Australia, allowing the company to offer its products and services in a market that is at least 10x larger than the Philippine market,” the company said.
“This is an opportunity that Xurpas has not previously tapped,” it said.
