RJ Ledesma and his family were present in this year’s Consular Ball of the Consular Corps of the Philippines.
On Facebook, the Mercato Centrale co-founder shared that this is the first time that they are attending without his dad.
He wrote: “This is our first year to celebrate the Consular Ball without my dad, who was the Consul of Bulgaria to the Philippines. All his friends in the Consular community miss his presence terribly:( .But with our family together, I am sure dad was celebrating together with us in spirit (and with the spirits:))”
He also shared one of the things his dad made him promise to do: Look after their mom.
“My dad’s final bilin (counsel) to all of his children was to take good care of my mom. And that includes supporting my mom, Consul General Fortune Ledesma of Monaco and all of her Consular activities. Mom was part of the organizing committee of the Ball. So we are here to support mom, don’t you worry dad!”
