Among the firms flagged recently by the SEC are Gen-Z Agriventures, XOP Diamond Management OPC/Blue Diamond, Kozy.ph Management OPC/Kozy Listings, and Golden Edge Marketing and Consumerism/Golden Edge Marketing and Consumerism Trading OPC.
According to the SEC, these entities are involved in fraudulent activities by offering and selling unregistered securities to the unsuspecting public.
In light of these developments, the SEC urges utmost caution when dealing with any individuals or groups soliciting investments or recruiting investors on behalf of these entities. Investors are encouraged to conduct thorough due diligence and verify the legitimacy of investment opportunities before committing any funds.
The SEC encourages the public to report any suspicious investment activities or entities that may be operating without proper authorization.
