The Department of Trade and Industry has opened a Go Lokal store to feature micro, small and medium enterprises and products to help the industry recover from the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the department, the store located in Quezon City will house products for display and sale.
This will be a brick-and-mortar and online marketplace for products of MSMEs. Partnering with Common Room, DTI shared that they are coordinating with about 100-200 local makers in the Philippines.
The DTI was also able to secure a rent-free arrangement in both locations with the landlord, Ayala Malls.
