Bills due? SAFC borrowers can now pay online or at 392 EastWest branches

Paying financing dues just became easier for South Asialink Finance Corp. customers.

SAFC borrowers may now settle their payments through EastWest Online or over the counter at any of the bank’s 392 branches nationwide following a partnership between the two companies.

“Our customers require payment options that fit how they operate. Whether that means walking into a nearby bank branch or settling payment online after business hours, EastWest Bank’s facility gives them that reach,” SAFC President and CEO Maricel D. Dejongoy said.

“As we grow our branch network, our payment infrastructure has to keep pace,” Dejongoy added.

Under the agreement, EastWest’s Bills Collect facility will accept cash and check payments from SAFC customers and credit them directly to the financing company’s designated account.

SAFC will also gain access to an online portal for monitoring collections and viewing consolidated reports.

“We are glad to support SAFC in making payments more accessible for their customers. Through our bank’s facilities, we can help ensure that collections reach SAFC efficiently, wherever their borrowers are located,” said Ruth G. Co, EastWest Bank Sector 1 Head, Corporate Banking Group.

SAFC separately adopted EastWest’s BIZENTERPRISE, a web-based platform designed to simplify check processing and improve payment management.

South Asialink Finance Corp. is a non-bank financial institution that has provided financing products to Filipinos for more than two decades.
