Businessman Antonio Tiu has reduced his stake in Earthright Holdings Inc., a major shareholder of publicly listed AgriNurture Inc.
According to a regulatory filing by AgriNurture, Tiu’s ownership in Earthright Holdings has decreased from 99.96 percent to 60 percent.
This change in ownership comes as a result of Li Pei Feng, a Taiwanese national, subscribing to 6,660 common shares from the unissued capital stock of Earthright Holdings. As a result, Feng’s ownership of Earthright Holdings shares has increased to 39.98 percent.
Tiu earlier resigned from his position as president and CEO of Ever-Gotesco Resources Holdings in order to focus on his agricultural business under ANI.
