Organized by the Department of Trade and Industry’s Bureau of Domestic Trade Promotion in collaboration with the DTI Regional Operations Group, the event will showcase the cutting-edge innovations driving the Philippine food industry, blending science and tradition like never before.
At the forefront of the fair are two major highlights: the Philippine Food Industry Innovation Lounge and the Philippine Coconut Industry Pavilion. These platforms will feature groundbreaking products and revolutionary production techniques, backed by research from esteemed state colleges and universities, as well as the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Science and Technology.
Step into the future of food at the Innovative and Biotech Products Cluster, where the Philippine Food Industry Innovation Lounge will unveil an array of biotechnological marvels and innovative production methods.
Highlighting the Philippines’ prominent position as a leading coconut producer, the Philippine Coconut Industry Pavilion and the Coconut-based MSME cluster will wow visitors with a wide range of coconut-derived products with high wealth generation potential.
The fair will also feature the exhibition of the DTI’s Rural Agro-Industrial Partnership for Inclusive Development and Growth Project (RAPID Growth). This initiative has successfully empowered smallholder farmers and stakeholders by enhancing their incomes through a value chain approach in cacao, coffee, coconut, and processed fruits and nuts.
